What are my responsibilities as a member?

As detailed in the Service Agreement, you must make sure that your membership and “correction fees” are paid as agreed and act as a conduit (as you receive information forward it promptly) to keep the wheels of progress moving.

Other than that, being our member is simply an exercise in patience, fueled by regular updates coming to you directly from the credit bureaus in the form of updated credit reports.
